3DAOI camera makes use of Coa X Press (CXP-6) standard, with a 1200W resolution and a rate of 188 s, to ensure industry leading inspection speed. 3DAOI uses optional 4 projectors+8 projectors combined with PSLM multi frequency projection capabilities to achieve the best detection solution, covering all SMT applications.

SPC Analysis Software and Closed-loop Control Settings

3DAOI has complete SPC analysis software and closed-loop control, ensuring that the inspection data of 3DAOI could be completely recorded and analyzed, and with highly accurate traceable results. 3DAOI three-point integration function enables the resolution of specific measurement value of a single PAD using Sinic-Tek's 3D SPI and 3D AOI.
